She always  instruct her team strictly to clean goods, remove extra fur or dirty fibers, check labels and quantity etc before packaging to deliver. Her entire teams knows properly about colors of wool and color chart ,so she feels easy to account the product you ordered

Every products manufactured in genuine handicraft is very consciously inspected and quality analyzed by the team led by Mrs. Ranjana Tamang. She is an amiable lady with all but very conscious in her work. So, she ensures that there is not any slight defects on the products.

A beautiful lady having very soft and kindness heart, manages and maintain all the yearly accounts very smoothly and correctly. She motivates all the teams be the excellent than other craft companies and inspires them  to save regularly some amounts of their earning for the future.

Mr Shyam Narayan rawat, an energetic, amiable and  diligent person having great enthusiasm ,never give up hope. He always wants to do or create new things. He is from very poor economic family background suffering various problems but With his hard work and self confidence, he could managed his business and became capable to offer job opportunities for 200-500 people directly and indirectly.
