Terms and conditions

If you are planning to purchase goods from Genuine Handicraft then you are going to accept the terms and condition of it. when you are placing an order then you must be flowing these terms and conditions which are as bellows:-

1.Placing an order will be determined on the basis of availability, capability of manufacture and the price.

2.All the goods that you placed on order slightly may not be same on the size, shape as the goods produced by machine .

3 Genuine Handicraft is not responsible If there is  postal delays  made by the courier company due to any reason or strike after the goods exit from our ware house.

4. To contract with Genuine handicraft, the client must be above 18 years old and should have a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

5.Genuine Handicraft has right to  refuse any request made by you But when we accepted  your order then we will inform you by email and we will conform the identity of the party

6.when you are placing an order you should verify that all details you provide to us are true and accurate that you are an authorized user of the debit or credit card having sufficient funds to cover the cost of goods used to place your order.
